Shipping

Orders are shipped by 5 p.m. the next business day from the order date, excluding select holidays.

Standard ground shipping is a flat fee of $4. Customers can choose to use USPS or FedEx to Expedited or express deliver their order at the cost provided by the carrier. For the most accurate Expedited or Express shipping rate, enter your shipping address when you are done shopping and have reached the “Checkout” page. Shipping is to the United States only. Contact customer services for orders shipped to a military APO/FPO address or orders shipped to an address of the US Virgin Island or outside of the United States.

If there is a active forwarding address request on file with the United States Postal Service, your shipment is at risk of being delayed. Mouthful LLC will not be responsible for delayed or lost shipments. We are always here to help and we encourage you to track your package for its current delivery status.

Mouthful LLC will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Nail polish and fragrances are shipped standard ground and cannot be Expedited or Express mailed and may arrive separately, if included in a multiple item order.

Pickup and Delivery

Local customers (located in the Tallahassee, FL area) can elect to have the item(s) they have purchased delivered to the address on record or can arrange to pickup their purchase.

At the time of checkout, customers will need to select the "local pickup" or "local delivery” option to avoid paying a shipping fee, if pickup or delivery is desired. Mouthful LLC staff will contact you to the date and time your item(s) will be available for pickup.

Mouthful LLC will not refund the delivery fee if the customer inadvertently chose the "shipping" option. Local delivery must be within 15 miles of the business address. Mouthful LLC has the right to deny a local delivery and request the customer to pickup the item as deemed necessary. Mouthful LLC staff will attempt to deliver the item(s) once at the address and time agreed upon between staff and the customer. If the item(s) are undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for arranging a time to pickup the item(s).

Customers are responsible for returning items they wish to exchange. See the Exchange policy for more information.

Return Policy

Items purchased can be returned for exchange only, if returned within five calendar days from the delivery/pickup date. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn and with the tags intact. Items must be odor free (smoke, perfume etc.), and free from damage. Fragrance, nail polish, jewelry, under garments, swimwear, lingerie, and/or hair pieces are a Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Package the item(s) in the original product packaging (be sure to keep a copy for your records). Returns must include the original packaging slip to prevent delay in processing. Indicate the reason for the return. Provide a contact number so a customer service representative will contact you to discuss the replacement item. If a contact number is not provided, we will attempt to contact you via email.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping cost. We will not accept COD deliveries. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is recommended that you use any traceable/insurance service provided by your carrier.monitor the delivery status using the tracking number.
